chicken sate teriyaki seasoning
Material:
350 gr chicken breast fillets, diced
3 stalks green onion, cut into 2 cm

Seasonings:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ginger, grated
5 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sake
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Complement:
chilli sauce and mayonnaise
Directions:
