chicken sate teriyaki

chicken sate teriyaki seasoning
Material:
350 gr chicken breast fillets, diced
3 stalks green onion, cut into 2 cm
sate sufficiently puncture
Seasonings:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ginger, grated
5 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sake
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Complement:
chilli sauce and mayonnaise
Directions:
prepare the skewers, each skewer tusuki streak: pieces of green onion, chicken, scallions, chicken, etc..
Seasonings: Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar and stir well.
basting kebabs with herbs, and anggang until cooked, remove from heat.
Serve warm with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
